All you need is your instrument and drummer just needs cymbals, and bring a keyboard if your band uses one, we will run it through the P.A. system.

All 4 rooms are ready to rock. 2 guitars rigs, bass rig, full drum set minus cymbals, mics, mic stands, guitar stands and music stands and sound system in every room.

Room C, no bleed overs, you are in your own environment. Every room has air conditioning. Clean bathrooms.
Secure and safe parking lot, under security cam surveillance.
Plenty of parking, security camera surveillance throughout inside and outside of building. Concealed weapon permit security on premises.

( Room UP ) 2 hour minimum at $30.00 an hour
4 different rooms, assigned upon first come, first serve booking, also based on number of band members. If over 8 band members, extra $5.00 ahead per hour.
